TPU/TPE Leather Extrusion Composite Production Line

TPU and TPE, as high-performance thermoplastic elastomers, have the advantages of high wear resistance, high elasticity, aging resistance, soft and comfortable to the touch, etc. TPU microfiber leather developed with TPU material is used in imitation leather furniture/soft packaging decora-tion, stationery applications, clothing materials, luggage leather, car seats and interior applications, sports shoes applications, etc.

Traditional microfiber leather, its production process using solvent-based PU coating method, the production process produces the volatilization of chemical solvents, resulting in the enterprise's environmental problems and harm to consumer health. JWELL adopted the leather process which made by TPU thermoplastic material, one-step extrusion composite molding, the production process is environmentally friendly and pollution-free, causing no harm to human health, is the best choice to replace the traditional PU leather.

TPU Invisible Car Clothing Production Line

JWELL advances with the times, constantly innovates and researches, and successfully develops the TPU Invisible Car Clothing Production Line. TPU invisible film is a new type of high-performance environmental protection film, which is widely used in automobile decoration maintenance industry. It is a common name of transparent paint protection film. It has strong toughness. After mounting, it can insulate the automobile paint surface from the air, and has high brightness for a long time. After subsequent processing, the car coating film has scratch self-healing performance, and can protect the paint surface for a long time.

This production line adopts special design patent tape casting composite molding technology, special extrusion screw design for TPU aliphatic materials, equipped with automatic up and down release film unwinding device, on-line automatic adjustment and control of film thickness, full-automatic winding system and other advanced mature technologies in the industry, so as to realize the automatic and stable operation of the production line.
