Product highlights：
Aseptic packaging BFS system
Application field:
Small-capacity products: Mainly used for small-capacity injection, eye drops, ear drops, aerosol, inhalant, anesthetic, cosmetics and food products, the loading range is 0.1ml-20ml, the output depends on the filling volume and the number of mold cavities.
Large volume products:
Mainly used for intravenous injection, disinfectant, cleaning agent, large infusion and other products, the loading range of 50ml-1L, the output depends on the filling volume and the number of mold cavities.
Production process:
● Extrusion: The screw plasticizes the particles and continuously extrudes them through the die head to form a tube embryo. The tube embryo is supported by sterile air. Plastic thermal melting and extrusion temperature 170~220 degrees, is a proven aseptic extrusion and heat removal process.
● Molding: The mold is quickly moved to the blowing/filling station after the extrusion station is closed to the mold, and the blowing, filling and sealing station is protected in the A-class air shower. The plastic raw material is shaped into a container by vacuum and/or sterile compressed air according to the shape of the mold.
● Filling: Fill the liquid medicine into the container through the time pressure valve, and drain the sterile air. The pipeline through which the liquid passes through is carried out online CIP and online sterilization SIP before filling to ensure the safety of the liquid.
● Sealing: After filling, the plastic between the top of the mold and the open cage is in a semi-melted state, and the sealing mold is closed to form the top of the container and make the bottle sealed.
● Bottle out: The mold is opened after the sealing of the bottle, and the bottle that has been formed, filled and sealed is sent out of the machine for trimming.
