Agrochemical film
Chemicals used in agriculture are often highly toxic, cause serious pollution and endanger our health. Therefore, people pay more and more attention to the packaging materials of agricultural products. Although conventional agricultural packaging chemicals have been used for a long time, there are three main disadvantages. First, liquid agrochemicals are packaged in glass bottles, which are fragile and brittle, leading to the leakage of toxic chemicals. Second, the large amount of packaging residues creates a lot of chemical waste. Third, if the residual pesticide packaging is discarded in rivers, streams, farms or land, etc., it will contaminate soil and water, causing harm to the environment in the long run. Active agrochemicals embedded in Mitsubishi Chemical's PVA water-soluble film inhibits farmer/user skin and eye exposure to harmful chemicals and ensures that plants get the right amount of agrochemicals to prevent disease and growth.
Cement/dye/enzyme film
The properties of cement additives/dyes/enzymes are alkaline, acidic and neutral. The cement admixtures commonly used outdoors can easily cause damage to the operator's eyes and skin if not controlled. Operators protect themselves from personal injury by using a variety of protective clothing and accessories. In recent years, Mitsubishi Chemical PVA water-soluble films have been increasingly used in the packaging of dyes, cement additives and enzymes to minimize contamination and provide consistent dosing throughout the product's manufacturing process. By using the Mitsubishi Chemical PVA water-soluble membrane, the mixing operation becomes simple and the measurement of additives is more accurate.
Liquid detergent
This application relies on the principle of using PVA water soluble film packaging to provide unit dose liquid detergent products. Active concentrates of liquid detergent ingredients are packaged in PVA film. Mitsubishi Chemical's PVA water-soluble films are formulated to be compatible with liquid detergents for packaging, shipping, storage and use purposes.
Bait film
Mitsubishi Chemical PVA water soluble film bags are used to encapsulate the entire terminal tackle with dry feed such as pellets and crumbs. High-quality PVA water-soluble film bags are very popular because they combine strength with a high melt rate and the ability to "lick and stick" corners, making the finished wrap more aerodynamic when cast. The use of PVA water-soluble film bags for deep-water fishing baits and hooks avoids the interference of fish in shallow waters, thereby attracting larger fish in deep-water fishing.
Seed Belt
Seeds can also be equidistantly wrapped in strips, sheets or matrices using hydrophilic Mitsubishi Chemical water-soluble films or their composites to transport the seeds into the soil. This seed-delivering product prevents seeds from going astray or minimizes wastage of seeds located in shady or non-germinating areas. This helps to optimize the use of the total area of soil/and to optimize the seeds.

Toilet seat
Cast water-soluble films can be used to wrap all toilet blocks, helping to safely store toilet cleaners in hospitals, hotels and individual households, ensuring all toilets remain sterile and smell-clean. Our products embed customizable neutral or aromatic drugs in the film. According to laboratory studies, embedded drugs in the film are effective against bacteria, bacteria, viruses and fungi, making Mitsubishi Chemical PVA water-soluble films an absolute must in the hygiene industry.
Powder detergent
PVA water-soluble films for powdered detergent bags typically contain powdered ingredients that are effectively water-soluble. Some products on the market contain concentrated powdered detergent in one compartment and degreaser in another, offering consumers one product that does the job of multiple products and has a single Convenience of unit dose packaging. Mitsubishi Chemical's PVA films are manufactured to the highest quality standards, which helps avoid pinholes when packaging powdered detergents.
